Volunteer-Operated Facility

The Memorial Park Clubhouse is operated entirely by volunteers who generously donate their time to support the facility and the community. As we do not have full-time staff on-site, the clubhouse is not staffed during regular business hours, and immediate responses may not always be possible.

Virtual Tours and Photos

To make it easier for prospective renters to explore the facility, we provide a complete 360° virtual tour and photo gallery on our website. These resources offer a detailed look at the hall and its amenities, allowing you to view the space at your convenience.

At this time, we generally do not offer in-person walkthroughs, as volunteer availability is limited. We encourage all interested renters to review the virtual tour and photos before submitting inquiries.

Parking

The parking lot adjacent to the clubhouse is a shared municipal parking area and is not owned or managed by the clubhouse. During the summer months, baseball games and other park activities may increase parking demand. Additional street parking is available nearby, and we encourage guests to plan accordingly for larger events.

Facility Access

The clubhouse is available for private rentals and scheduled events. To ensure the space remains clean, secure, and available for renters, access to the building is limited to authorized users and event guests during booked rental periods.

As a volunteer-run facility, we appreciate your patience when contacting us. We aim to respond to all inquiries within three business days and will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.
