Friday, Saturday and Sundays (on holiday weekends) – $375.00 Hall rental fee (includes the use of the kitchen)
Sunday to Thursday – $100.00 Hall rental fee (includes the use of the kitchen)
Please note that hall rentals fees listed on the booking calendar include a $100.00 security deposit which will be refunded to you once the rental hall confirms no damage has been done from your rental. So, for example, a $375.00 Hall Rental will be charged at $475.00.
If alcohol is being served you are required to hire the Clubhouse’s bartenders. Bar service is from 8 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. and guests are to be out of the hall by 1:30 a.m.
If guests require bartending services prior to 8 p.m., they are required to pay an added cost of $10.00 per hour for each bartender.
Events with 60 or more guests are required to have two bartenders.
Each bartender is $70 per night and the payment is to be made directly to the bartender on the night of the event.
The hall can be accessed no earlier than 9 a.m. on the day of your event and all events must finish by 1 a.m.
The bar closes at 12:30 a.m. and guests are to be out of the hall by 1:30 a.m.
Upon booking, a $100.00 non-refundable, non-transferable, non-changeable deposit is required. The deposit will be included in the total cost of the rental and will be returned upon the return of the keys and confirmation of the condition of the hall.
Please note: In addition to the hall rental fee, there will be a COVID-19 cleaning fee of $15.00 per hour of the rental.
