Welcome to your hall rental at the Memorial Park Clubhouse.
Here are the rules for the rental.
Please Absolutely NO tape, sticky tack, thumb tacks, nails or glues are to be use in decorating this hall on the walls or ceiling. No dart games permitted!
If you use any of the above you will be asked to remove the decorations and you will be held responsible for repairs that are required to fix the damages.
We have provided hooks for hanging your decorations. You will see them above ever window and door, as well as the center beam and 3 support poles in the back of the hall.
All floors must be swept.
Garbage is to be left inside the kitchen by the back door.
No confetti of any type is allowed in this hall.
DO NOT stack tables or chairs at the end of your rental. We will clean them and stack them ourselves.
Also please place tables & chairs 6 inches from the walls when using.
Smoking is to be 9 meters away from the doors and please use the ashtrays provided.
No alcohol permitted outside at all!
All drinks must be in plastic cups.
Our bartenders must be used for all functions requiring a bar.
Renters are to pay the bartenders direction on the night of an event in the amount of $100.00 each between the hours of 8 p.m. and 1 a.m. and $5.00 each for every half hour before or after these times.
The bar closes at 12:30 a.m.
All rentals end at 1 am, and you will be required to be out of the hall by 130 am.
When leaving the hall, please turn off lights and lock all windows and doors.
Return the key.
